A member fills in a health profile (goals, health history, supplements, medications, conditions, allergies, diet, exercise, sleep), can upload blood work and other test results, and can connect a wearable. Rala, the patent pending multi agent AI, reads human studies, thousands of consumer reviews and biohacker content at the ingredient level, grades every product on six evidence tiers, and builds one personalized daily protocol: what to take, when, what to stop, with synergies, conflicts and redundancies, plus diet and exercise guidance. The protocol re-derives itself whenever a supplement, medication, ailment, goal or lab result changes.

Reverse Age Lab sells no supplements. It finds the ones that work for each person from the evidence and puts them into a daily protocol. It is not a clinic and does not replace a doctor.
