Precautions: All Other: If you are allergic to any of these ingredients, or are pregnant or nursing, consult a doctor before taking nutritional supplements.
Precautions: Children: As with any dietary supplement, keep out of reach of children.
Directions: Recommended Use: Three (3) capsules once daily 20 minutes before a meal. If desired, increase the daily serving to 3 capsules taken twice daily before meals until desired effects have been achieved, then reduce to 3 capsules once daily for a maintenance program.
Precautions: All Other: WARNING: Do not use when taking glucose elevating agents. Use of this product may potentiate hyperglycemic and hyperuremic effects of glucose elevating agents.
Storage: Store in a dry place at room temperature.
