Directions: SUGGESTED USE As a dietary supplement, users should initially take one capsule to assess personal tolerance. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep hydrated. Do not use more than eight weeks in a cycle before discontinuing for a minimum of four weeks. Morning: Take 1 capsule
