Formula: Contains: Ferrous Sulfate 220 mg for the treatment of iron deficiency and iron-deficiency anemia Each teaspoonful contains 220 mg Ferrous Sulfate, providing approximately 44 mg of elemental iron.
Directions: Directions: Adults and children 12 years and over, take one (1) teaspoon daily with or after a meal as a dietary supplement, or as directed by your physician. Children under 12, consult a physician. Mix with water or juice to avoid temporary staining of teeth. Do not mix with milk or wine-based vehicles.
