Formula: Contains: Cilantro and chlorella support the body's normal processes for responding to environmental heavy metal exposure. Zinc aids in protecting the kidneys by increasing the production of the cysteine-rich metallothionein proteins. NAC (n-acetyl-l-cysteine) offers protection for liver detoxification and enhances tissue levels of glutathione. It has also been shown to aid in urinary excretion of methylmercury. Additionally, recent research highlights the promising effects of L-methionine in protecting against the toxic effects induced by methylmercury. Alpha-lipoic acid has been included for its potential to help regulate heavy metal induced oxidative stress and to support biliary excretion of inorganic mercury.
