Precautions: All Other: Consult your physician prior to use if you have a medical condition, including but not limited to, heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid disease, psychiatric or epileptic disorders, difficulty urinating, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostate or glaucoma. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath.

Directions: SUGGESTED USE: Take one serving (3 capsules) with an 8 oz. glass of water twice daily. MORNING: Take three (3) capsules with 8 ounces of water 30-45 mins before breakfast. AFTERNOON: Take three (3) capsules with 8 ounces of water 30-45 mins before lunch. Drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water per day while on Shred Matrix *Shred Matrix should not be taken within 6 hours before bed.
