Directions: Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, use 1 to 2 scoops in 8 to 12 ounces of water or your favorite sports drink 20 minutes prior to work out. For best results take another 1 to 2 scoops after completing work out.
Precautions: All Other: WARNING: NOT FOR USE BY FEMALES OR ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21.
Precautions: Pregnant or Nursing or Prescription Medications: DO NOT USE IF PREGNANT OR NURSING. Consult a physician prior to using this product if you have or have a family history of prostate cancer, prostate enlargement, heart disease, low "good cholesterol" (HDL), or if you are using any other dietary supplement, prescription drug, or over the counter drug.
Precautions: All Other: Do not exceed serving recommendations. Exceeding serving recommendations may cause serious, adverse health effects. Possible side effects include acne, hair loss, hair growth on the face (in women), aggressiveness, irritability, and increased levels of estrogen. Discontinue use and call a physician immediately if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, blurred vision, or other similar symptoms.
