Directions: Directions As a maintenance dose, mix one scoop of Vibrant Flora into 8 ounces of water of your favorite beverage. Stir briskly until mixed.

Precautions: All Other: Do not exceed recommended dosage.
Formula: Contains: Vitamin D3 Bowel problems often result in vitamin D malnutrition, raising the risk of poor bone health and exacerbation of autoimmune responses.
Directions: We recommend at least 4,000 i.u. per day (or as recommended by your health professional) of supplemental vitamin D at meals containing some fat in addition to a daily serving of Vibrat Flora Improved Bowel Support.
