Precautions: Pregnant or Nursing or Prescription Medications: WARNING: Do not take if you are currently taking nitrates for chest pain or if you are taking erectile dysfunction medication. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
Directions: SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, take for up to 8 weeks before discontinuing use for a minimum of 4 weeks. Take one serving (3 capsules) daily 60 to 90 minutes before training on an empty stomach to establish tolerance.
