Directions: Directions: Take three (3) veggie caps once daily and with a full glass of water, preferably 30 minutes before lunch. If you are sensitive to caffeine take two (2) veggie caps instead of three (3) once daily. Do not exceed three (3) veggie caps in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 3 hours of bedtime. For best results use for 8 weeks in conjunction with a calorie-reduced diet and exercise program. Consume at least 8 glasses of water per day. Consult your physician before beginning any weight loss program.
