Directions: RECOMMENDED USE: For all day energy and to relieve exhaustion, take 2 tablets, once or twice per day, always with a full glass of water and preferably on an empty stomach. For maximum energy, take 3 to 4 tablets 30 minutes before exercise or physical activity. Do not exceed 4 tablets in any 8 hour period.
Precautions: Pregnant or Nursing or Prescription Medications: NOTICE: Consult with your primary physician prior to use if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, including high blood pressure, thyroid problems, nervous disorders, or if you are using MAO inhibitors or taking any prescription drug.
Precautions: All Other: Individuals who are sensitive to caffeine should begin use with one-half the recommended dosage and limit the use of other caffeine-containing foods and drinks while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, and sleeplessness.
