Directions: Suggested use: Take one (1) capsule in the morning with your first meal of the day. Take an additional one (1) capsule with a meal in the evening. Do not exceed two (2) capsules per day. Drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day while taking Alphadex. For best results, it is recommended to take Alphadex continuously for 8 weeks, followed by an off-period of 2 weeks. Each bottle lasts for a 4 week cycle.
