Formula: Contains: Formula 2 Multivitamin Complex provides 21 essential vitamins and minerals. It includes the antioxidant vitamins A (as beta carotene), C and E, plus B-vitamins. The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics recommends individuals on a weight-loss diet or those whose diets do not meet the recommended Daily Values of vitamins and minerals consider taking a multivitamin.
Directions: Recommended use: Take 1 tablet with a meal 3 times per day.
Directions: Herbalife Nutrition also recommends: Use with Formula 1 shake and Formula 3 Cell Activator, to complete the Herbalife Nutrition Core Cellular Nutrition program.
