Label statements
Formula: Contains: Lypazyme uses 3 forms of lipase enzymes to break down the triglyceride fats found in food and many supplements. Using only 1 type of lipase may result in formation of mono- and diglycerides rather than complete breakdown into nutritional short-chain fatty acids. Lypazyme may be used with diets high in fat intake, such as the ketogenic diet.
Directions: Suggested use: One (1) capsule at the beginning of each meal. Capsules may be opened and contents mixed with food or beverage. Small capsule size (#3) - easy to swallow.
Precautions: All Other: Do not use if tamper-proof seal is broken.
Storage: Keep container closed and store at room temperature or in freezer, but do not place in refrigerator due to humid conditions.
FDA Statement of Identity: Dietary Supplement
