Directions: Suggested Use: For the first 3 days, take 1 softgel with a glass of water anytime from 1 hour to right before lunch and dinner. After 3 days, take 2 softgels with a glass of water anytime from 1 hour to right before lunch and dinner. If you forget to take Glucocil before a meal, feel free to take it with that meal.
