NAD+ levels decrease as one ages and may lead to lower energy levels, weight gain, DNA breakdown, as well as other signs of aging. Supplementing with NMN supports longevity by boosting NAD+ levels.
Directions: Suggested Use: As a supplement, take 2-8 capsules per day. It can be taken in the morning or at night, with or without food. Taking smaller dose multiple times a day is most effective. Do not exceed 8 capsules per day.
