Formula: Contains: Fish oil is derived from Tuna.
Precautions: All Other: Warning: Ingestion of more than 3 grams of Omega-3 fatty acids (such as DHA) per day has been shown to have potential antithrombotic effects, including an increased bleeding time and International Normalized Ratio (INR). Administration of omega-3 fatty acids should be avoided in patients taking anticoagulants and in those know to have inherited or acuired predisposition to bleeding.
Formula: Contains: Daily dosage of twist-off softgels contains 300mg of Ultra Pure DHA

Directions: Dosage: Two (2) chewable tablets and two (2) twist-off softgels daily of as directed by a physician. Administration: Chew tablets before swallowing. Twist small end off from softgel and squeeze contents directly into mouth or into juice to drink. Daily dosage should be taken with food.
Storage: Store at controlled room temperature, 15 degrees - 30 degrees C (59 degrees - 86 degrees F).
