Directions: As a dietary supplement, mix 1/2 scoop at first to assess tolerance. For future uses mix 1 scoop of TurntUp with 8-oz of cold water. Consume 15 to 30 minutes before exercise. Do not consume within 4 hours prior to bedtime.
