Directions: Instructions For instructions in Spanish, text ERASE to the number 411669. Comfortably drink one 20 ounce glass of water. Wait 20 minutes, shake the bottle well, and then at a comfortable pace drink the entire 20 oz Erase Detox and take the 5 Puritex Cleansing Tablets. Again, wait approximately 20 minutes then refill the bottle with water to drink at a steady pace. While using this product, urinate frequently to expel toxins. This is an essential part of a successful cleanse. Do not eat any large meals before using this product. This product is not intended for daily or regular use.
