Directions: Intake Instructions: Shake Well. Squeeze bulb 3x while dropper is submerged to draw up 1 ml of liquid into the glass pipette. Serve in water or juice on an empty stomach. Adults & Children: 2 ml, 2x a day Sensitive individuals: start with 5 drops. Increase intake by 5 - 10 drops per day, or as tolerated, up to 2 ml (40 drops) 2x a day.
