Directions: Recommendation: Shake well before each use. Adults take 1 tablespoon (Tbsp) (1/2 fluid ounce/15 mL) daily either directly or mixed into water or juice. Do not exceed recommended dose. To optimize iron absorption, take this product at least 2 hours before or after taking calcium or dairy products.
