Formula: Contains: Nutrisource Fiber supplement is made from 100% partially hydrolyzed guar gum that can mix with a wide variety of food and beverages. Nutrisource Fiber supplement contains soluble fiber to help support digestive health and normal bowel function.
Formulation: Does NOT Contain: Lactose free Gluten free Sugar free Not a low calorie food
Directions: Directions for use: Use only enclosed scoop. Stir Nutrisource Fiber into at least 4 oz of any hot or cold beverage or prepared soft food, including purees. Stir until dissolved. Gradual inclusion into diet is recommended. One serving (3g fiber/unpacked level scoop) can be added every third day as tolerated up to a maximum of six servings (18 g) fiber per day. Adequate intake of fluids is encouraged. Directions for tube feeding use: Add 1 unpacked level scoop to 2-4 fl oz water. Mix until dissolved. Administer by syringe through feeding tube.
Directions: Servings - Measure 1 - 1 scoop (1 tbsp.) 10 - 2/3 cup 25 - 1 1/2 cups 50 - 3 cups
