Directions: Suggested use: Adults: take one (1) capsule daily with a glass of water as a dietary supplement, or as recommended by your physician. Do not exceed recommended dose. Take on an empty stomach for best absorption. If stomach upset occurs, take with food or following a meal.
Precautions: Pregnant or Nursing or Prescription Medications: Avoid taking other medicines within 2 hours before or after you take this product, especially an antibiotic, antacid or thyroid medication. This product can make it harder for you to absorb certain drugs.
