Directions: Initial use: 2 capsules - Regular use: 4 capsules - 1x Daily - 1-2x Daily Initial use: Consume 2 capsules with a meal to assess tolerance. Regular use: Consume 4 capsules 1-2 times per day with a meal. We recommend not taking on an empty stomach. Avoid taking within 5-6 hours of going to sleep and do not exceed 8 capsules in a 24-hour period. For best results, use for 60 days in combination with diet and exercise. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration.

Precautions: Pregnant or Nursing or Prescription Medications: Do not use if you are sensitive to caffeine, pregnant or nursing a baby, have any known or suspected medical conditions, or if you are taking any prescription or OTC medications.
