Formula: Contains: Muscle Feast L-Leucine is designed to stimulate muscle protein synthesis and decrease muscle soreness. It can also decrease recovery time between workouts and increase lean muscle mass. By itself L-Leucine can stimulate muscle protein synthesis; the process responsible for muscle growth and recovery. This is why it is often referred to as the "main" amino acid.
Directions: Suggested use: As an adult dietary supplement, take one serving (2.5 g) in 6-8 ounces of a flavored beverage, 2-3 times per day or as directed by your doctor. Mix 1 level (2.5 g) scoop with 6-8 oz. water or beverage of choice up to 3 times a day.
