Directions: Dosage and Administration: One tablet daily. Dissolve in mouth or chew before swallowing, preferably at bedtime after brushing teeth.
Precautions: All Other: Overdosage: Prolonged daily ingestion of excessive fluoride will result in varying degrees of fluorosis. Caution: Do not eat or drink dairy products within one hour of fluoride administration.
