Directions: Directions: Adults and children over 10: take 1 sublingual tablet daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Let dissolve in mouth or under tongue. Do not swallow whole. For best results we suggest 3 tablets a day for the first 10 to 14 days. After that, take at least one to two tablets daily. Most people take one in the morning and one in the afternoon to maintain and enjoy that feeling of endless energy every day!
