It is produced by cultivation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae on malted barley in the production of beer. After fermentation, the yeast is separated from the beer, roller dried and debittered. Brewer's yeast is a general body tonic and nutrient dense food for all ages. Certain research publications indicate that Brewer's Yeast may help support the following: Supports healthy glucose metabolism Natural source of protein and several B-vitamins
Directions: Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take two (2) tablespoons (30 g) daily. May be sprinkled on cereals, salads or incorporated into stews, soups, sauces, gravies, juices or baked goods.
