Directions: Recommended Use: Take one stick pack (2.6g) of Fat Release with or after a meal or snack that contains fats. If you wish to digest fat content in a meal, such as omega-3 fatty acids, do not take Fat Release after the meal. Enjoy up to three stick packs a day, one after each meal. Enjoy Fat Release slowly straight from the stick pack, no water required! For an added fruit twist flavor, combine one stick pack with 1 serving of Herbal Tea Concentrate, 1 serving of Herbal Aloe Concentrate or 8 fl. oz. of hot or cold water.
