Formulation: Does NOT Contain: No yeast, soy, dairy, artificial flavors, preservatives, gluten, fish, lactose.
Directions: Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) fast dissolve tablet 30 minutes before bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness. To assess tolerance, start with 1/2 tablet. Do not exceed recommended dose of 1 tablet per day.
Precautions: Pregnant or Nursing or Prescription Medications: Caution: Not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women. If you take a prescription medication or have any medical condition, consult a physician before using this product.
Precautions: All Other: If any adverse reactions occur, immediately stop using this product and consult your doctor. Do not drive, operate machinery or consume alcohol when taking this product. Limit use to two months with a break of one week.
Precautions: Children: Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.
