Directions: Directions: Adults take 2 tablets twice a day after meals for 12 weeks, thereafter one tablet twice a day.
Precautions: All Other: Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, including regular consumption of fruit and vegetables to help maintain carotenoid levels. The total dietary intake (from foods and supplements) of phytosterols should not exceed 3 g a day.
