Omega 3-6-9 provides Borage Oil, a source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), plus Fish Oil, a source of the Omega-3 fatty acids Eicosapentaenoic and Docosahexaenoic (EPA & DHA). Omega-3 fatty acids are “good” fats important for cellular, heart and metabolic health. Supportive but not conclusive research shows that consumption of EPA and DHA Omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.
