Directions: Directions: For adults, mix 2 mL (abt. 1/2 tsp) of extract in 2 fl. oz (60 mL) water one time daily preferably with a meal.

Precautions: All Other: Avoid excessive exposure to UV irradiation (e.g. sunlight; tanning) when using this product. Do not use while driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery. US FDA advises that a potential risk of rare, but severe, liver injury may be associated with kava-containing dietary supplements.
