Directions: Directions for Use: Take 2 capsules 2 times per day (morning and evening) with water at mealtimes.

Precautions: Pregnant or Nursing or Prescription Medications: WARNING: This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. DO NOT use Red Yeast Rice if you • are pregnant, can become pregnant, or are breast feeding (unborn and developing children need proper amounts of cholesterol for healthy growth and development); • have undergone an organ transplant or major surgery within the past six weeks; • are under 20 years of age; • have active liver disease or history of liver disease; • consume more than 2 drinks of alcohol per day; • are allergic to soy or rice products. It should not be taken in combination with grapefruit products or prescription cholesterol lowering drugs.
Precautions: All Other: As with any dietary supplement, consult a physician if you are taking any prescription medication.
