Label statements

Formula: Contains: Raw Organic Powder 100% Pure Mesquite Powder

Formulation: Does NOT Contain: Gluten-free Non GMO Project Verified nongmoproject.org

Formula: Contains: Flour from the tree of life The mesquite tree has long been treasured by desert people for its nutrition and health benefits. The Pima people of the Southwest refer to it as the "tree of life," while the Bishnoi of North India consider it holy. The seed pods, traditionally ground into flour by mortar and pestle, offer a full gram of protein per tablespoon. Despite its low glycemic index, its natural sweetness makes it a perfect ingredient for those on sugar-controlled diets, and its fiber and protein support a controlled appetite for stable energy levels. The Zint Difference: Our organic mesquite is grown local farmers on the northern coast of Peru in accordance with fair trade values. After being washed and slow-dried at low temperatures, the raw seeds and pods are milled to a fine powder. The flavor or our mesquite flour is complex and delicious, with a sweet smokiness and hints of caramel and maple.

Directions: Usage: Try using our mesquite powder as a sweeter, gluten-free flour substitute in recipes- or try mixing it into smoothies and sprinkling it over your favorite desserts for added sweetness and complexity.

Storage: Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.

Precautions: Allergies: Allergy information: This product is packed in a facility that may handle tree nuts and soy.

Formula: Contains: Grown and harvested in Peru
