FDA Statement of Identity: Dietary Supplement
Formula: Contains: Sterile sucrose at 24% from Acer saccharum sap
Directions: Suggested Use (Infant 0-12 Months): Use according to hospital protocol. 2-3 servings 1 to 10 times a day. Sucro24 works better when administered at one (1) to two (2) minutes before starting the discomforting procedure. Can use Sucro24 even if baby cannot eat or drink anything before a procedure. Sucro24 will not affect blood test results. Directions For Use: Pour two (2) drops (0.003 fl.oz in total) at the tip of baby's tongue. Administer two (2) servings two (2) minutes apart. A third (3rd) serving can be administered after a two (2) minute delay between each serving.
Precautions: All Other: Cautions and Warnings: Not injectable. Do not use if seal is broken or if the bottle is damaged. Ready-to-use solution. Do not dilute. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use in case of gastrointestinal disorder (such as necrotizing enterocolitis), hemodynamic instability, esophageal atresia or tracheoesophageal fistula, severe neurological distress (severe asphyxia), severe respiratory distress of unstable sugar level. Do not use on premature or low birth weight without permission from a pediatrician.
