Formula: Contains: To support optimal colon function, Alka-Cleanse contains the highest quality Psyllium, which for most people is the most gentle, yet effective, stress-free colon cleanser known. Alka-Cleanse also provides Lactobacilli that are of key importance for colon health, plus chlorophyll and enzyme rich Alfalfa and Barley Grass. This formula contains herbs and glandulars conductive to optimal colon function.
Directions: Directions: Initial Cleansing Program: Take 10 capsules daily the first 3 days with a large glass of water. (Capsules are small and easy to swallow.) Follow by taking 10 capsules daily, as directed by your physician, for the next 18 days. Follow-Up Cleansing Program: After completing the initial cleansing program, as maintenance take 10 capsules (with a large glass of water) one day a month for the next six months; or more often as needed, or as directed by your physician. For best results, take on an empty stomach.
