Directions: Suggested Usage: Mix 2 1/2 level tablespoons daily into 8 oz. of water, juice, or your favorite beverage. Mix vigorously or use a shaker cup.

This combination product offers naturally occurring types I and III collagen from beef, type II collagen from chicken bone broth and type I collagen from fish. The bovine collagen used in this product is from BSE-free and hormone-free cattle.
