Directions: Suggested use: Adults take 1 tsp twice daily. Por warm water over colostrum. Mix until smooth. Advanced use: Take 2 tsp twice daily, 30-40 minutes before exercise and before bedtime. Children (6-12 years): 1 tsp daily mixed into food like applesauce or yogurt, or non-acidic juice.
