Formula: Contains: Sleep Science Melatonin Complex is a soothing nighttime formula, which combines the neurohormone melatonin with GABA, glycine, and taurine, to help support the levels of these key amino acids that can act as inhibitory neurotransmitters. Coenzymated vitamin B-6, the active form of vitamin B-6, is included to support healthy levels of neurotransmitter production in the brain.
Directions: Suggested use: 1 lozenge at bedtime. For best results, allow to dissolve in the mouth before swallowing.
