B-12 is essential for healthy red blood cells, energy level, and DNA production, and plays an important role in maintaining normal nerve function. It is often lacking in a vegan diet because it is normally found in meat, seafood, eggs, and dairy.
Formulation: Does NOT Contain: Vegan True Methylcobalamin Vitamin B-12 does not contain any animal products or animal-derived ingredients, so it's ideal for vegans.
Directions: Suggested Use: 1 tablet 1 to 3 times daily. Place tablet under the tongue and allow to dissolve slowly, altering its position to avoid prolonged contact with the same area.
