Directions: Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) capsule at bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness.
Formulation: Does NOT Contain: No artificial color, artificial flavor, artificial sweetener, preservatives, sugar, starch, dairy, lactose, soy, gluten, wheat, yeast, fish, sodium.
Precautions: Pregnant or Nursing or Prescription Medications: Caution: Not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women. If you are taking medication, facing surgery, have bleeding problems or have any medical condition, consult your physician before taking this product.
Precautions: All Other: Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur. Do not drive, operate machinery or consume alcohol when taking this product.
Directions: Limit use to two months with a break of one week.
