Formulation: Does NOT Contain: No yeast, soy, dairy, artificial flavors, preservatives, gluten, fish, lactose.
Directions: Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement for adults, dissolve one (1) tablet 30 minutes before bedtime as melatonin may produce drowsiness.
Precautions: Pregnant or Nursing or Prescription Medications: Caution: Not intended of ruse by pregnant or nursing women. If you are taking any medications or have any medical condition, consult your doctor before use.
Precautions: All Other: Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur. Do not drive, operate machinery or consume alcohol when taking this product. For occasional sleeplessness only. Limit use to two months with a break of one week.
