Formula: Contains: SAM-e is a compound that is formed naturally in the body from the amino acid methionine. However, various factors, such as age and diet, can cause levels of SAM-e to fluctuate or decline.

Directions: Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) enteric coated caplet one to three times daily on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes prior to meals.
