Directions: Directions for use: As a dietary supplement for adults, mix 1 serving in 8-10oz. of water during or after activity. As a dietary supplement for advanced athletes, mix 2 serving in 12-14oz. of water. Drink at least ten 8 oz. glasses of water per day.
Precautions: Children: Warning: This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18 years of age or older. Keep out of reach of children.
