Directions: RECOMMENDED USE: This product offers the advantage of individualized dosing. Start off with only 1 liquid capsule in the morning and 1 liquid capsule in the afternoon on your first day. Depending on your individual needs you can choose to increase the dosage to 2 liquid capsules per serving. Some people will prefer 1 capsule per serving whereas others may opt for a 2 capsule serving. DO NOT EXCEED 4 LIQUID CAPSULES PER DAY. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep. For optimum effects take 30-60 minutes before a meal.
