Directions: Suggested Use: For overall male vitality, take 3 capsules in the morning and 2 more capsules in the afternoon. Consume before eating. For best results, use this product in conjunction with 4 to 5 days per week of weight training, a calorie-controlled diet, and do not skip any days of product use.
