Formula: Contains: Catalo Extra Astaxanthin Extract is made from unpolluted freshwater microalgae to protect cells from oxidative damages. Being the most powerful antioxidant agent among anti-aging molecules (Nishida, Y., et al. 2007, Carotenoid Science, Vol.11.pp.16-20), Astaxanthin fights against free radicals both in the inner and outer sides of cell membranes, whereas most antioxidants work only in ether one of the sides. Astaxanthin is clinically proven to improve blood flow by removing wastes and increasing the flexibility or blood vessels (Miyawaki, H., et al. 2008, J.Clin Biochem Nutrition, Vol. 43(2), pp.66-74). It is also clinically proven to reduce age spot areas and skin wrinkles visibly (Tominga, K., et al. 2012, Acta Biochemica Polonica, Vol.59(1), pp.43-47) while improving skin elasticity and moisture (Yamashita, E. 2006, Cartenoid Science, Vol. 10, pp.91-95).
