Directions: Directions: For adults, take one (1) fast dissolve tablet 30 minutes before bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness. To assess tolerance, start with 1/2 tablet. Do not exceed recommended dose of 1 tablet per day. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
Precautions: Pregnant or Nursing or Prescription Medications: Warning: Not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women. If you are taking any medications or have any medical condition, consult your doctor before use.
