Directions: Suggested Use: Take 4 capsules (2 grams) per day in divided doses as follows: 2 capsules (1 gram) should be taken in the morning. 2 capsules (1 gram) should be taken two hours before sleep. 2 capsules (1 gram) at night is recommended in the first week of taking Magtein.
Precautions: Pregnant or Nursing or Prescription Medications: Precautions: Consult your doctor if taking prescription drugs along with Magtein. Not recommended for children nor women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
